It is in all our self interests to
check, control, channel, contain, quarantine
and protect ourselves, and each other,
from the poison that is hate
that wells up and is passed on
rebounding, contagious
spreading and infecting our emotions and humanity
unless, and until, we intervene

Choose your own beliefs, consciously, carefully, constructively.

If you can't provide unconditional love at least search for something that can be respected. Recognise and give respect to that.

To whoever, whatever, is out there 

in soul, imagination, suspicion or deluded desire

who is benign and interested

whether or not responsible

we appreciate our riches and the good things that happen.  

The only way

to beat the consequences of

streaks of evil

that ripple through

is  to

recognise, respect

resist, reject

re-build

where they destroy

where we can.
